Hebrews 7:23-26

23The former priests were many in number, because they were prevented by death from continuing in office, 24but he holds his priesthood permanently, because he continues aforever. 25Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost
That is, completely; or at all times
cthose who draw near to God dthrough him, since he always lives eto make intercession for them.

26For it was indeed fitting that we should have such a high priest, fholy, innocent, unstained, gseparated from sinners, and hexalted above the heavens.

Hebrews 12:2

2looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, iwho for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising jthe shame, and kis seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
