Hebrews 7:26-27

26For it was indeed fitting that we should have such a high priest, aholy, innocent, unstained, bseparated from sinners, and cexalted above the heavens. 27He has no need, like those high priests, to offer sacrifices daily, dfirst for his own sins and then for those of the people, since he did this eonce for all when he offered up himself.

Hebrews 9:12

12he fentered gonce for all into the holy places, not by means of hthe blood of goats and calves but iby means of his own blood, jthus securing an eternal redemption.

Hebrews 9:15

15Therefore he is kthe mediator of a new covenant, so that lthose who are called may mreceive the promised eternal inheritance, nsince a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.
The Greek word means both  covenant and will; also verses 16, 17

Hebrews 9:26

26for then he would have had to suffer repeatedly since the foundation of the world. But as it is, phe has appeared qonce for all rat the end of the ages to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

Hebrews 9:28

28so Christ, having been offered once sto bear the sins of tmany, will appear ua second time, vnot to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly wwaiting for him.

Hebrews 10:4-10

4For xit is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.

5Consequently, ywhen Christ

aaSacrifices and offerings you have not desired,
but a body have you prepared for me;
6in burnt offerings and sin offerings
you have taken no pleasure.
7Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come to do your will, O God,
as it is written of me in the scroll of the book.’”
8When he said above, “You have neither desired nor taken pleasure in absacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sin offerings” (these are offered according to the law), 9then he added, acBehold, I have come to do your will.” He does away with the first in order to establish the second. 10And by that will adwe have been sanctified through the offering of aethe body of Jesus Christ afonce for all.

1 Peter 1:18-21

1 Peter 2:24
