Hebrews 8:10-12

10 ^aFor this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel
after those days, declares the Lord:
I will put my laws into their minds,
and ^bwrite them on their hearts,
and I will be their God,
and they shall be my people.
11 And they shall not teach, each one his neighbor
and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’
for they shall ^call know me,
from the least of them to the greatest.
12 For I will be merciful toward their iniquities,
^dand I will remember their sins no more.”

1 John 1:7-9

7 But ^eif we walk in the light, ^fas he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and ^gthe blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 ^hIf we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and ⁱthe truth is not in us. 9 ^jIf we confess our sins, he is ^kfaithful and just to forgive us our sins and ^lto cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
