Hebrews 9:11-12

Redemption Through the Blood of Christ

11But when Christ appeared as a high priest aof the good things that have come,

then through cthe greater and more perfect tent ( dnot made with hands, that is, not of this creation)
12he eentered fonce for all into the holy places, not by means of gthe blood of goats and calves but hby means of his own blood, ithus securing an eternal redemption.

Hebrews 9:15

15Therefore he is jthe mediator of a new covenant, so that kthose who are called may lreceive the promised eternal inheritance, msince a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.
The Greek word means both  covenant and will; also verses 16, 17

Hebrews 9:22

22Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and owithout the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.

Hebrews 9:28

28so Christ, having been offered once pto bear the sins of qmany, will appear ra second time, snot to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly twaiting for him.
