Hebrews 9:15-20

15Therefore he is athe mediator of a new covenant, so that bthose who are called may creceive the promised eternal inheritance, dsince a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.
The Greek word means both  covenant and will; also verses 16, 17
16For where a will is involved, the death of the one who made it must be established. 17For fa will takes effect only at death, since it is not in force as long as the one who made it is alive. 18Therefore not even the first covenant was inaugurated gwithout blood. 19For when every commandment of the law had been declared by Moses to all the people, he took hthe blood of calves and goats, iwith water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people, 20saying, jThis is the blood of the covenant that God commanded for you.”

Hebrews 9:28

28so Christ, having been offered once kto bear the sins of lmany, will appear ma second time, nnot to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly owaiting for him.

Hebrews 10:16-18

16 pThis is the covenant that I will make with them
after those days, declares the Lord:
I will put my laws on their hearts,
and write them on their minds,”
17then he adds,

q“I will remember their sins and their lawless deeds no more.”
18Where there is forgiveness of these, there is no longer any offering for sin.

Hebrews 13:20-21
