Hosea 8:2

2 To me they cry,
^a“My God, we—Israel—know you.”

Hosea 8:13-14

13 As for my sacrificial offerings,
^bthey sacrifice meat and eat it,
but the Lord does not accept them.
^cNow he will remember their iniquity
and punish their sins;
^dthey shall return to Egypt.
14 For ^eIsrael has forgotten ^fhis Maker
and ^gbuilt palaces,
and ^hJudah has multiplied fortified cities;
so ⁱI will send a fire upon his cities,
and it shall devour her strongholds.
