Isaiah 1:11

11 aWhat to me is the multitude of your sacrifices?
says the Lord;
I have had enough of burnt offerings of rams
and the fat of well-fed beasts;
I do not delight in the blood of bulls,
or of lambs, or of goats.

Isaiah 66:3

3 b“He who slaughters an ox is like one who kills a man;
he who sacrifices a lamb, like one who breaks a dog’s neck;
he who presents a grain offering, like one who offers cpig’s blood;
he who makes a memorial offering of frankincense, like one who blesses an idol.
dThese have chosen their own ways,
and their soul delights in their abominations;

Jeremiah 6:20

20 eWhat use to me is ffrankincense that comes from gSheba,
or sweet cane from a distant land?
hYour burnt offerings are not acceptable,
nor your sacrifices pleasing to me.

Jeremiah 7:29

Hosea 6:6

6For kI desire steadfast love
Septuagint mercy
and not sacrifice,
mthe knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.

Hebrews 11:4

4By faith nAbel offered to God oa more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which he was commended as righteous, God commending him by accepting his gifts. And pthrough his faith, though he died, he qstill speaks.

Hebrews 11:6

6And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God rmust believe that he exists and sthat he rewards those who seek him.
