16 aWash yourselves; make yourselves clean;
remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes;
bcease to do evil,
17learn to do good;
cseek justice,
correct oppression;
dbring justice to the fatherless,

though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as gwhite as snow;
though they are red like crimson,
they shall become like wool.

Jeremiah 3:12

Jeremiah 7:3-7

3Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: pAmend your ways and your deeds, and I will let you dwell in this place. 4 qDo not trust in these deceptive words: ‘This is the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord.’

5For if you truly ramend your ways and your deeds, if you truly sexecute justice one with another, 6if you tdo not oppress the sojourner, the fatherless, or the widow, uor shed innocent blood in this place, vand if you do not go after other gods to your own harm, 7 wthen I will let you dwell in this place, xin the land that I gave of old to your fathers forever.

Jeremiah 18:11

11Now, therefore, say to the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: ‘Thus says the Lord, Behold, I am shaping disaster against you and devising a plan against you. yReturn, every one from his evil way, and zamend your ways and your deeds.’

Ezekiel 18:30-32

30Therefore aaI will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, declares the Lord God. abRepent and turn from all your transgressions, aclest iniquity be your ruin.
Or lest iniquity be your stumbling block
31 aeCast away from you all the transgressions that you have committed, and afmake yourselves a new heart and a new spirit! agWhy will you die, O house of Israel? 32 ahFor I have no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Lord God; aiso turn, and live.”

Ezekiel 33:11

11Say to them, ajAs I live, declares the Lord God, akI have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; alturn back, turn back from your evil ways, amfor why will you die, O house of Israel?

Zechariah 1:3

3Therefore say to them, Thus declares the Lord of hosts: anReturn to me, says the Lord of hosts, and aoI will return to you, says the Lord of hosts.
