Isaiah 1:16-19

16 aWash yourselves; make yourselves clean;
remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes;
bcease to do evil,
17learn to do good;
cseek justice,
correct oppression;
dbring justice to the fatherless,
plead the widow’s cause.
18 Come now, elet us reason
Or dispute
together, says the Lord:
though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as gwhite as snow;
though they are red like crimson,
they shall become like wool.
19 hIf you are willing and obedient,
you shall eat the good of the land;

Jeremiah 3:14

14 iReturn, O faithless children,

declares the Lord;
jfor I am your master;
I will take you, one from a city and two from a family,
and I will bring you to Zion.

Jeremiah 4:14

14O Jerusalem, kwash your heart from evil,
that you may be saved.
How long shall your wicked thoughts
lodge within you?

Jeremiah 7:3-5

3Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: lAmend your ways and your deeds, and I will let you dwell in this place. 4 mDo not trust in these deceptive words: ‘This is the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord.’

5For if you truly namend your ways and your deeds, if you truly oexecute justice one with another,

Jeremiah 17:20-23

20and say: ‘Hear the word of the Lord, pyou kings of Judah, and all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, who enter by these gates. 21Thus says the Lord: Take care for the sake of your lives, and qdo not bear a burden on the Sabbath day or bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem. 22And do not carry a burden out of your houses on the Sabbath ror do any work, but skeep the Sabbath day holy, as I commanded your fathers. 23Yet tthey did not listen or incline their ear, ubut stiffened their neck, that they vmight not hear and receive instruction.

Jeremiah 18:11

11Now, therefore, say to the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: ‘Thus says the Lord, Behold, I am shaping disaster against you and devising a plan against you. wReturn, every one from his evil way, and xamend your ways and your deeds.’

Jeremiah 25:5

5saying, yTurn now, every one of you, zfrom his evil way and evil deeds, and aadwell upon the land that the Lord has given to you and your fathers from of old and forever.

Jeremiah 26:13

13Now therefore abmend your ways and your deeds, acand obey the voice of the Lord your God, adand the Lord will relent of the disaster that he has pronounced against you.

Jeremiah 44:4-5

4 aeYet I persistently sent to you all my servants the prophets, saying, ‘Oh, do not do this abomination that I hate!’ 5 afBut they did not listen agor incline their ear, to turn from their evil and make no offerings to other gods.
