Isaiah 1:16-20

16 aWash yourselves; make yourselves clean;
remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes;
bcease to do evil,
17learn to do good;
cseek justice,
correct oppression;
dbring justice to the fatherless,
plead the widow’s cause.
18 Come now, elet us reason
Or dispute
together, says the Lord:
though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as gwhite as snow;
though they are red like crimson,
they shall become like wool.
19 hIf you are willing and obedient,
you shall eat the good of the land;
20but if you refuse and rebel,
you shall be eaten by the sword;
ifor the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

Isaiah 55:6-7

6 jSeek the Lord while he may be found;
call upon him while he is near;
7let the wicked forsake his way,
and the unrighteous man his thoughts;
let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him,
and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

Jeremiah 7:3-7

3Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: kAmend your ways and your deeds, and I will let you dwell in this place. 4 lDo not trust in these deceptive words: ‘This is the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord.’

5For if you truly mamend your ways and your deeds, if you truly nexecute justice one with another, 6if you odo not oppress the sojourner, the fatherless, or the widow, por shed innocent blood in this place, qand if you do not go after other gods to your own harm, 7 rthen I will let you dwell in this place, sin the land that I gave of old to your fathers forever.

Jeremiah 18:11

11Now, therefore, say to the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: ‘Thus says the Lord, Behold, I am shaping disaster against you and devising a plan against you. tReturn, every one from his evil way, and uamend your ways and your deeds.’

Jeremiah 25:4-5

4 vYou have neither listened nor inclined your ears to hear, although the Lord wpersistently sent to you all his servants the prophets, 5saying, xTurn now, every one of you, yfrom his evil way and evil deeds, and zdwell upon the land that the Lord has given to you and your fathers from of old and forever.

Jeremiah 35:15

15I have sent to you all my servants the prophets, sending them aapersistently, saying, abTurn now every one of you from his evil way, and amend your deeds, and acdo not go after other gods to serve them, and then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to you and your fathers.’ adBut you did not incline your ear or listen to me.

Ezekiel 18:31

31 aeCast away from you all the transgressions that you have committed, and afmake yourselves a new heart and a new spirit! agWhy will you die, O house of Israel?
