Isaiah 10:13-14

13 aFor he says:

“By the strength of my hand I have done it,
and by my wisdom, for I have understanding;
I remove the boundaries of peoples,
and plunder their treasures;
like a bull I bring down those who sit on thrones.
14My hand has found like a nest
the wealth of the peoples;
and as one gathers eggs that have been forsaken,
so I have gathered all the earth;
and there was none that moved a wing
or opened the mouth or chirped.”

Isaiah 37:26-27

26 b“‘Have you not heard
that I determined it long ago?
I planned from days of old
what now I bring to pass,
that you should make fortified cities
crash into heaps of ruins,
27while their inhabitants, shorn of strength,
are dismayed and confounded,
and have become like plants of the field
and like tender grass,
like grass on the housetops,
blighted
Some Hebrew manuscripts and 2 Kings 19:26; most Hebrew manuscripts  like a field
before it is grown.

Isaiah 41:25

25 dI stirred up one from the north, and he has come,
efrom the rising of the sun, fand he shall call upon my name;
he shall trample on rulers as on mortar,
as the potter treads clay.

besides me there is no God;
rI equip you, though you do not know me,

Septuagint, Vulgate; Hebrew you

Against adAshkelon and against the seashore
