Isaiah 11:11-16

11 aIn that day the Lord will extend his hand yet a second time to recover the remnant that remains of his people, bfrom Assyria, cfrom Egypt, from dPathros, from eCush,

15And the Lord will utterly destroy

Isaiah 12

The Lord Is My Strength and My Song

The Hebrew for  you is singular in verse 1
will say aain that day:
“I will give thanks to you, O Lord,
for though you were angry with me,

that you might comfort me.
2 Behold, God is my salvation;
I will trust, and will not be afraid;

is my strength and my song,
and he has become my salvation.”

The Hebrew for  you is plural in verses 3, 4
will draw water from the wells of salvation.
4 agAnd you will say in that day:

call upon his name,

5 ak“Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously;
let this be made known

in all the earth.
6Shout, and sing for joy, O inhabitant of Zion,

Isaiah 60

The Future Glory of Israel

1 apArise, shine, for your light has come,
and aqthe glory of the Lord has risen upon you.
2For behold, darkness shall cover the earth,
and thick darkness the peoples;
but the Lord will arise upon you,
and his glory will be seen upon you.
3 arAnd nations shall come to your light,
and kings to the brightness of your rising.
4 asLift up your eyes all around, and see;
they all gather together, they come to you;
atyour sons shall come from afar,
and your daughters shall be carried on the hip.
5Then you shall see and aube radiant;
your heart shall thrill and exult,

8Who has heard such a thing?

Micah 4:1-2

The Mountain of the Lord

1 It shall come to pass dnin the latter days
that the mountain of the house of the Lord
shall be established as the highest of the mountains,

and peoples shall flow to it,

Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,

A Remnant Shall Be Delivered
