12 He will raise ^ka signal for the nations
and will assemble ^lthe banished of Israel,
and gather the dispersed of Judah
from the four corners of the earth.
13 ^mThe jealousy of Ephraim shall depart,
and those who harass Judah shall be cut off;
Ephraim shall not be jealous of Judah,
and Judah shall not harass Ephraim.
14 ⁿBut they shall swoop down on the shoulder of the Philistines in the west,
and together they shall plunder ^othe people of the east.
They shall put out their hand ^pagainst ^qEdom and ^rMoab,
and ^sthe Ammonites shall obey them.
15 And the Lord will utterly destroy ^{▼▼Hebrew devote to destruction}
^uthe tongue of the Sea of Egypt,
and will wave his hand over ^vthe River
with his scorching breath, ^{▼▼Or wind}
and strike it into seven channels,
and he will lead people across in sandals.
16 And there will be ^xa highway from Assyria
for the remnant that remains of his people,
^yas there was for Israel
when they came up from the land of Egypt.

Isaiah 27:12-13

12 In that day ^zfrom the river Euphrates ^{▼▼Hebrew from the River} to the Brook of Egypt the Lord will thresh out the grain, and you will be gleaned one by one, O people of Israel. 13 And in that day ^aba great trumpet will be blown, ^acand those who were lost in the land of Assyria and those who were driven out to the land of Egypt ^adwill come and worship the Lord on the holy mountain at Jerusalem.

Jeremiah 30:7

Ezekiel 37:21-28

21 then say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, ^agI will take the people of Israel from the nations among which they have gone, and will gather them from all around, and ^ahbring them to their own land. 22 And ^aiI will make them one nation in the land, on ^ajthe mountains of Israel. 24 “My servant ^asDavid ^atshall be king over them, and they shall all have ^auone shepherd. ^avThey shall walk in my rules and be careful to obey my statutes. 25 ^awThey shall dwell in the land that I gave to my servant Jacob, where your fathers lived. They and their children and their children’s children shall dwell there ^axforever, and David my servant shall be their prince ^ayforever. 26 ^azI will make a covenant of peace with them. It shall be ^baan everlasting covenant with them. And I will set them in their land ^{▼▼Hebrew lacks in their land} and ^bcmultiply them, and will ^bdset my sanctuary in their midst forevermore. 27 ^beMy dwelling place shall be with them, ^bfand I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 28 Then ^bgthe nations will know that ^bhI am the Lord who sanctifies Israel, when ^bimy sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.”

Ezekiel 39:25-29

The Lord Will Restore Israel

25 “Therefore thus says the Lord God: Now ^bjI will restore the fortunes of Jacob and have mercy on ^bkthe whole house of Israel, and ^blI will be jealous for my holy name. 26 They shall ^bmforget their shame and all the treachery they have practiced against me, when ^bnthey dwell securely in their land with ^bonone to make them afraid, 27 ^bpwhen I have brought them back from the peoples and gathered them from their enemies’ lands, ^bqand through them have vindicated my holiness in the sight of many nations. 28 ^brThen they shall know that I am the Lord their God, because I sent them into exile among the nations and then assembled them into their own land. I will leave none of them remaining among the nations anymore. 29 ^bsAnd I will not hide my face anymore from them, when ^btI pour out my Spirit upon the house of Israel, declares the Lord God.”

Hosea 3:4-5

4 For the children of Israel ^bushall dwell many days ^bvwithout king or prince, ^bwwithout sacrifice or ^bxpillar, without ^byephod or ^bzhousehold gods. 5 Afterward ^cathe children of Israel shall return and ^cbseek the Lord their God, and ^ccDavid their king, ^cdand they shall come in fear to the Lord and to his goodness in the ^celatter days.
