Isaiah 12:1

The Lord Is My Strength and My Song

1 You
The Hebrew for  you is singular in verse 1
will say bin that day:
“I will give thanks to you, O Lord,
for though you were angry with me,
cyour anger turned away,
that you might comfort me.

Isaiah 54:8-10

8 dIn overflowing anger for a moment
I hid my face from you,
ebut with everlasting love I will have compassion on you,”
says the Lord, your Redeemer.
9 This is like fthe days of Noah
Some manuscripts For this is as the waters of Noah
to me:
as I swore that the waters of Noah
should no more go over the earth,
so I have sworn that I will not be angry with you,
and will not rebuke you.
10For the mountains may depart
and the hills be removed,
but my steadfast love shall not depart from you,
and hmy covenant of peace shall not be removed,”
says the Lord, who has compassion on you.

Jeremiah 31:22-25

22 iHow long will you waver,
jO faithless daughter?
For the Lord has created a new thing on the earth:
a woman encircles a man.”
23Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “Once more they shall use these words in the land of Judah and in its cities, kwhen I restore their fortunes:

l“‘The Lord bless you, mO habitation of righteousness,
nO holy hill!’
24 oAnd Judah and all its cities shall dwell there together, and pthe farmers and those who wander with their flocks. 25For I will qsatisfy the weary soul, and every languishing soul I will replenish.”

Jeremiah 33:10-12

10Thus says the Lord: In this place rof which you say, ‘It is a waste without man or beast,’ in the cities of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate, without man or inhabitant or beast, there shall be heard again 11 sthe voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing, as they bring tthank offerings to the house of the Lord:

u“‘Give thanks to the Lord of hosts,
for the Lord is good,
for his steadfast love endures forever!’
vFor I will restore the fortunes of the land as at first, says the Lord.

12Thus says the Lord of hosts: wIn this place that is waste, without man or beast, and in all of its cities, there shall again be xhabitations of shepherds yresting their flocks.

Zechariah 2:10-11

10 zSing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion, for aabehold, I come aband I will dwell in your midst, declares the Lord. 11 acAnd many nations shall join themselves to the Lord in that day, and shall be my people. adAnd I will dwell in your midst, and aeyou shall know that the Lord of hosts has sent me to you.
