Isaiah 13:11

11I will punish athe world for its evil,
and the wicked for their iniquity;
I will bput an end to the pomp of the arrogant,
cand lay low the pompous pride of the ruthless.

Isaiah 25:3-5

3 dTherefore strong peoples will glorify you;
cities of ruthless nations will fear you.
4 eFor you have been a stronghold to the poor,
a stronghold to the needy in his distress,
fa shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat;
gfor the breath of the ruthless is like a storm against a wall,
5 hlike heat in a dry place.
You subdue the noise of the foreigners;
as heat by the shade of a cloud,
so the song of the ruthless is put down.

Ezekiel 28:7

7therefore, behold, I will bring iforeigners upon you,
the most ruthless of the nations;
and they shall draw their swords against jthe beauty of your wisdom
and defile kyour splendor.

Habakkuk 1:7

7They are dreaded and fearsome;
ltheir justice and dignity go forth from themselves.
