1 ^aFor the Lord will have compassion on Jacob and will again choose Israel, and ^bwill set them in their own land, and ^csojourners will join them and will attach themselves to the house of Jacob.

Isaiah 27:12-13

12 In that day ^dfrom the river Euphrates ^{▼▼Hebrew from the River} to the Brook of Egypt the Lord will thresh out the grain, and you will be gleaned one by one, O people of Israel. 13 And in that day ^fa great trumpet will be blown, ^gand those who were lost in the land of Assyria and those who were driven out to the land of Egypt ^hwill come and worship the Lord on the holy mountain at Jerusalem.
