17 who made the world like a desert
and overthrew its cities,
^awho did not let his prisoners go home?’

5 ^bThen the eyes of the blind shall be opened,
and the ears of the deaf unstopped;

7 ^cto open the eyes that are blind,
to bring out the prisoners from the dungeon,
^dfrom the prison those who sit in darkness.
