Isaiah 19:3

3and the spirit of the Egyptians within them will be emptied out,
and I will confound
Or  I will swallow up
their bcounsel;
and they will inquire of the idols and the sorcerers,
and cthe mediums and the necromancers;

Isaiah 29:14

14therefore, behold, dI will again
do wonderful things with this people,
with wonder upon wonder;
and ethe wisdom of their wise men shall perish,
and the discernment of their discerning men shall be hidden.”

Isaiah 47:12-13

12 fStand fast in your enchantments
and your many sorceries,
with which you have labored from your youth;
perhaps you may be able to succeed;
perhaps you may inspire terror.
13You are wearied with your many counsels;
let them stand forth and save you,

Daniel 1:20

20And in every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king inquired of them, he found them ten times better than all hthe magicians and ienchanters that were in all his kingdom.

Daniel 2:2

2Then the king commanded that jthe magicians, kthe enchanters, the lsorcerers, and mthe Chaldeans be summoned to tell the king his dreams. So they came in and nstood before the king.

Daniel 4:7

7Then othe magicians, the enchanters, the Chaldeans, and the astrologers came in, and I told them the dream, but pthey could not make known to me its interpretation.

Daniel 5:7

7 qThe king called loudly to bring in rthe enchanters, the sChaldeans, and tthe astrologers. The king declared
Aramaic answered and said; also verse 10
to the wise men of Babylon, vWhoever reads this writing, and shows me its interpretation, shall be clothed with purple and have a chain of gold around his neck and wshall be the third ruler in the kingdom.”

Daniel 5:11

11There is a man in your kingdom xin whom is the spirit of the holy gods.

In the days of your father, zlight and understanding and wisdom like the wisdom of the gods were found in him, and King Nebuchadnezzar, your father—your father the kingaamade him chief of the magicians, abenchanters, Chaldeans, and astrologers,
