that bthe mountain of the house of the Lord

and shall be lifted up above the hills;
and call the nations shall flow to it,
3and dmany peoples shall come, and say:
Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
to the house of the God of Jacob,
that he may teach us his ways
and that we may walk in his paths.”

Isaiah 49:18-23

18 iLift up your eyes around and see;
they all gather, they come to you.
jAs I live, declares the Lord,
kyou shall put them all on as an ornament;
you shall bind them on as a bride does.
19 Surely your waste and your desolate places
and your devastated land
lsurely now you will be too narrow for your inhabitants,
and those who swallowed you up will be far away.
20 mThe children of your bereavement
will yet say in your ears:
n‘The place is too narrow for me;
make room for me to dwell in.’
21Then you will say in your heart:
Who has borne me these?
oI was bereaved and barren,
exiled and put away,
but who has brought up these?
Behold, I was left alone;
from where have these come?’”
22 Thus says the Lord God:
Behold, I will lift up my hand to the nations,
pand raise my signal to the peoples;
qand they shall bring your sons in their arms,
Hebrew  in their bosom

and your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders.
23 sKings shall be your foster fathers,
and their queens your nursing mothers.
tWith their faces to the ground they shall bow down to you,
and ulick the dust of your feet.
Then you will know that I am the Lord;
vthose who wait for me wshall not be put to shame.”

Isaiah 60:3-9

3 xAnd nations shall come to your light,
and kings to the brightness of your rising.
4 yLift up your eyes all around, and see;
they all gather together, they come to you;
zyour sons shall come from afar,
and your daughters shall be carried on the hip.
5Then you shall see and aabe radiant;
your heart shall thrill and exult,
Hebrew  your heart shall tremble and grow wide

because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you,
acthe wealth of the nations shall come to you.
6A multitude of camels shall cover you,
the young camels of adMidian and aeEphah;
all those from afSheba shall come.
agThey shall bring gold and frankincense,
and shall bring good news, the praises of the Lord.
7All the flocks of ahKedar shall be gathered to you;
the rams of aiNebaioth shall minister to you;
ajthey shall come up with acceptance on my altar,
akand I will beautify my beautiful house.
8 Who are these that fly like a cloud,
and allike doves to their windows?
9For amthe coastlands shall hope for me,
anthe ships of Tarshish first,
aoto bring your children from afar,
their silver and gold with them,
for the name of the Lord your God,
and for the Holy One of Israel,
because aphe has made you beautiful.

Isaiah 66:20

20 aqAnd they shall bring all your brothers from all the nations aras an offering to the Lord, on horses and in chariots and in litters and on mules and on dromedaries, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, says the Lord, just as the Israelites bring their grain offering in a clean vessel to the house of the Lord.
