Isaiah 2:6-8

The Day of the Lord

6 For you have rejected your people,
the house of Jacob,
because they are full of things afrom the east
and bof fortune-tellers clike the Philistines,
and they dstrike hands with the children of foreigners.
7Their land is efilled with silver and gold,
and there is no end to their treasures;
their land is ffilled with horses,
and there is no end to their chariots.
8Their land is gfilled with idols;
they bow down to hthe work of their hands,
to what their own fingers have made.

Isaiah 2:18

18 iAnd the idols shall utterly pass away.

Isaiah 2:20

20 In that day jmankind will cast away
their idols of silver and their idols of gold,
which they made for themselves to worship,
to the moles and to the kbats,

Isaiah 8:19-20

19And when they say to you, “Inquire of the lmediums and the necromancers who chirp and mutter,” should not a people inquire of their God? Should they inquire of mthe dead on behalf of the living? 20 nTo the teaching and to the testimony! If they will not speak according to this word, it is because they have no odawn.

Isaiah 27:9

9Therefore by this pthe guilt of Jacob will be atoned for,
and this will be the full fruit of the removal of his sin:
Septuagint  and this is the blessing when I take away his sin

rwhen he makes all the stones of the altars
like chalkstones crushed to pieces,
no sAsherim or incense altars will remain standing.

Zechariah 13:2-4

Idolatry Cut Off

2“And ton that day, declares the Lord of hosts, uI will cut off the names of the idols from the land, so that vthey shall be remembered no more. And also wI will remove from the land the prophets and the spirit of uncleanness. 3And if anyone again prophesies, his father and mother who bore him will say to him, x‘You shall not live, for you speak lies in the name of the Lord.’ And his father and mother who bore him shall pierce him through when he prophesies.

4“On that day yevery prophet will be ashamed of his vision when he prophesies. He will not put on a hairy cloak in order to deceive,

Revelation of John 19:20

20And the beast was captured, and with it zthe false prophet aawho in its presence
Or on its behalf
had done the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who acworshiped its image. These two were adthrown alive into the lake of aefire that burns with sulfur.

Revelation of John 22:15

15 afOutside are agthe dogs ahand sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
