Fallen, Fallen Is Babylon

1The aoracle concerning the wilderness of bthe sea.

cAs whirlwinds in the Negeb sweep on,
it comes from the wilderness,
from a terrible land.
2A stern vision is told to me;
dthe traitor betrays,
and the destroyer destroys.
Go up, O eElam;
lay siege, O fMedia;
all the gsighing she has caused
I bring to an end.

Isaiah 25:4

4 hFor you have been a stronghold to the poor,
a stronghold to the needy in his distress,
ia shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat;
jfor the breath of the ruthless is like a storm against a wall,

Isaiah 28:2

2Behold, the Lord has kone who is mighty and strong;
like a storm of hail, a destroying tempest,
like la storm of mighty, overflowing waters,
he casts down to the earth with his hand.

Ezekiel 13:11
