Isaiah 23:18
18Her merchandise and her wages will be holy to the Lord. It will not be stored or hoarded, but her merchandise will supply abundant food and fine clothing for those who dwell before the Lord.Isaiah 60:5-7

Isaiah 60:10-11
10 lForeigners shall build up your walls,and mtheir kings shall minister to you;
for in my wrath I struck you,
but in my favor I have had mercy on you.
11 nYour gates shall be open continually;
day and night they shall not be shut,
othat people may bring to you the wealth of the nations,
with their kings led in procession.
Isaiah 60:16
