Isaiah 25:8

8 ^aHe will swallow up death forever;
and ^bthe Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces,
and ^cthe reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth,

Isaiah 66:5

5 Hear the word of the Lord,
you who tremble at his word:
“Your brothers who hate you
and cast you out for my name’s sake
have said, ^e‘Let the Lord be glorified,
that we may see your joy’;
but it is they who shall be put to shame.

Zephaniah 2:8-10

8 “I have heard ^fthe taunts of Moab
and ^gthe revilings of the Ammonites,
how they have taunted my people
and made boasts ^hagainst their territory.
9 Therefore, ⁱas I live,” declares the Lord of hosts,
the God of Israel,
“Moab shall become ^jlike Sodom,
and the Ammonites ^klike Gomorrah,
a land possessed by nettles and salt pits,
and a waste forever.
The remnant of my people shall plunder them,
and the survivors of my nation shall possess them.”
10 This shall be their lot in return ^lfor their pride,
because they taunted and boasted
against the people of the Lord of hosts.
