Isaiah 27:9-13

9Therefore by this athe guilt of Jacob will be atoned for,
and this will be the full fruit of the removal of his sin:
Septuagint  and this is the blessing when I take away his sin

cwhen he makes all the stones of the altars
like chalkstones crushed to pieces,
no dAsherim or incense altars will remain standing.
10 eFor the fortified city is solitary,
a habitation deserted and forsaken, like the wilderness;
there the calf grazes;
there it lies down and strips its branches.
11When its boughs are dry, they are broken;
women come and make a fire of them.
fFor this is a people without discernment;
therefore he who made them will not have compassion on them;
he who formed them will show them no favor.
12In that day gfrom the river Euphrates
Hebrew  from the River
to the Brook of Egypt the Lord will thresh out the grain, and you will be gleaned one by one, O people of Israel.
13And in that day ia great trumpet will be blown, jand those who were lost in the land of Assyria and those who were driven out to the land of Egypt kwill come and worship the Lord on the holy mountain at Jerusalem.

Ezekiel 20:38

38 lI will purge out the rebels from among you, and those who transgress against me. mI will bring them out of the land where they sojourn, nbut they shall not enter the land of Israel. oThen you will know that I am the Lord.

Ezekiel 34:16

16 pI will seek the lost, qand I will bring back the strayed, and I will bind up the injured, and I will strengthen the weak, and rthe fat and the strong I will destroy.
Septuagint, Syriac, Vulgate  I will watch over
I will feed them in justice.

Amos 9:9-10

9 For behold, I will command,
tand shake the house of Israel among all the nations
as one shakes with a sieve,
but no pebble shall fall to the earth.
10All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword,
who say, uDisaster shall not overtake or meet us.’
