10 aFor the Lord has poured out upon you

Jeremiah 14:13-14

Lying Prophets

13Then I said: “Ah, Lord God, behold, the prophets bsay to them, ‘You shall not see the sword, nor shall you have famine, but I will give you assured peace in this place.’” 14And the Lord said to me: “The cprophets are prophesying lies in my name. dI did not send them, nor did I command them or speak to them. They are prophesying to you a lying vision, eworthless divination, and fthe deceit of their own minds.

Hosea 4:6

6My people are destroyed gfor lack of knowledge;
hbecause you have rejected knowledge,
I reject you ifrom being a priest to me.
And since you have forgotten the law of your God,
jI also will forget your children.

Hosea 9:7-8

7 kThe days of punishment have come;
the days of recompense have come;
Israel shall know it.

the man of the spirit is mad,
because of your great iniquity

Matthew 15:14

14Let them alone; othey are blind guides.

Matthew 23:16-26

16Woe to ryou, sblind guides, who say, tIf anyone swears by the temple, it is nothing, but if anyone swears by the gold of the temple, he is bound by his oath.’ 17You blind fools! For which is greater, the gold or uthe temple that has made the gold sacred? 18And you say, ‘If anyone swears by the altar, it is nothing, but if anyone swears by vthe gift that is on the altar, he is bound by his oath.’ 19You blind men! 23 abWoe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For acyou tithe mint and dill and adcumin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: aejustice and mercy and faithfulness. afThese you ought to have done, without neglecting the others. 24You blind guides, straining out a gnat and swallowing aga camel!

25 ahWoe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For aiyou clean the outside of ajthe cup and the plate, but inside they are full of akgreed and self-indulgence. 26You blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of althe cup and the plate, that the outside also may be clean.

Luke 6:39-40

39He also told them a parable: amCan a blind man lead a blind man? Will they not both fall into a pit? 40 anA disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone when he is aofully trained will be like his teacher.
