Isaiah 29:13

13 And the Lord said:
“Because ^athis people ^bdraw near with their mouth
and honor me with their lips,
while their hearts are far from me,
and their fear of me is a commandment taught by men,

Jeremiah 3:10-11

10 Yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah did not return to me ^cwith her whole heart, but in pretense, declares the Lord.”
