5 aAnd the people will oppress one another,
every one his fellow
and every one his neighbor;
the youth will be insolent to the elder,
and the despised to the honorable.

Isaiah 9:19-21

19Through the wrath of the Lord of hosts
the land is scorched,
and bthe people are like fuel for the fire;

20 dThey slice meat on the right, but are still hungry,
and they devour on the left, but are not satisfied;

Jeremiah 13:14

Micah 7:2-7

have no confidence in a friend;

6for vthe son treats the father with contempt,
the daughter rises up against her mother,
the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;
wa man’s enemies are the men of his own house.
7But as for me, I will look to the Lord;
xI will wait for the God of my salvation;
my God will hear me.

Haggai 2:22

22and yto overthrow the throne of kingdoms. I am about to destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the nations, and zoverthrow the chariots and their riders. And the horses and their riders shall go down, aaevery one by the sword of his brother.

Zechariah 8:10

10For before those days abthere was no wage for man or any wage for beast, neither was there any safety from the foe for him who went out or came in, for I set every man against his neighbor.

Zechariah 11:9
