Isaiah 30:10

10 ^awho say to ^bthe seers, “Do not see,”
and to the prophets, “Do not prophesy to us what is right;
speak to us ^csmooth things,
prophesy illusions,

Amos 2:12

12 “But you made the Nazirites ^ddrink wine,
and commanded the prophets,
saying, ^e‘You shall not prophesy.’

Amos 7:13-16

13 but ^fnever again prophesy at Bethel, for ^git is the king’s sanctuary, and it is a temple of the kingdom.”

he would be the preacher for this people!
