Isaiah 33:16

16he will dwell on the heights;
his place of defense will be the fortresses of rocks;
ahis bread will be given him; his water will be sure.

Matthew 6:25-34

Do Not Be Anxious

25 bTherefore I tell you, cdo not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 dLook at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. eAre you not of more value than they? 27And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his fspan of life?
Or  a single cubit to his stature; a cubit was about 18 inches or 45 centimeters
28And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, 29yet I tell you, heven Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, iO you of little faith? 31Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ orWhat shall we drink?’ orWhat shall we wear?’ 32For jthe Gentiles seek after all these things, and kyour heavenly Father knows that you need them all. 33But lseek first mthe kingdom of God and his righteousness, nand all these things will be added to you.

34 oTherefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

1 Timothy 6:6-10

6But pgodliness qwith contentment is great gain, 7for rwe brought nothing into the world, and
Greek for; some manuscripts insert [it is] certain [that]
we cannot take anything out of the world.
8But tif we have food and clothing, with these we will be content. 9But uthose who desire to be rich fall into temptation, vinto a snare, into many senseless and harmful desires that wplunge people into ruin and destruction. 10For the love of money is a root of xall kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
