Isaiah 33:20

20Behold Zion, the city of our appointed feasts!
aYour eyes will see Jerusalem,
an untroubled habitation, an bimmovable tent,
whose stakes will never be plucked up,
nor will any of its cords be broken.

Isaiah 44:26

26 cwho confirms the word of his servant

who says of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be inhabited,’

and I will raise up their ruins’;

Jeremiah 30:18-19

Zechariah 14:10-11

But yJerusalem shall remain aloft zon its site from aathe Gate of Benjamin to the place of the former gate, to abthe Corner Gate, and from acthe Tower of Hananel to the king’s winepresses. 11And it shall be inhabited, for adthere shall never again be a decree of utter destruction.
The Hebrew term rendered  decree of utter destruction refers to things devoted (or set apart) to the Lord (or by the Lord) for destruction
afJerusalem shall dwell in security.
