Isaiah 40:1-2

Comfort for God’s People

1 ^cComfort, comfort my people, says your God.
2 ^dSpeak tenderly to Jerusalem,
and cry to her

that her iniquity is pardoned,
that she has received from the Lord’s hand

Isaiah 40:11

Ezekiel 34:16
