4 Say to those who have an anxious heart,
“Be strong; fear not!
^aBehold, your God
will come with vengeance,
with the recompense of God.
He will come and save you.”

Joel 3:9-11

9 Proclaim this among the nations:
^bConsecrate for war; ^{▼▼Or Consecrate a war}
stir up the mighty men.
Let all the men of war draw near;
let them come up.
10 ^dBeat your plowshares into swords,
and ^eyour pruning hooks into spears;
let the weak say, “I am a warrior.”

and gather yourselves there.
