Isaiah 35:5-6

5 aThen the eyes of the blind shall be opened,
and the ears of the deaf unstopped;
6 bthen shall the lame man leap like a deer,
and the tongue of the mute sing for joy.

John 5:8-14

8Jesus said to him, dGet up, take up your bed, and walk.” 9 eAnd at once the man was healed, and he took up his bed and walked.

fNow that day was the Sabbath.
10So the Jews
The Greek word Ioudaioi refers specifically here to Jewish religious leaders, and others under their influence, who opposed Jesus in that time; also verses 15, 16, 18
said to the man who had been healed, “It is the Sabbath, and hit is not lawful for you to take up your bed.”
11But he answered them, “The man who healed me, that man said to me, Take up your bed, and walk.’ 12They asked him, “Who is the man who said to you, ‘Take up your bed and walk’?” 13Now the man who had been healed did not know who it was, for iJesus had withdrawn, as there was a crowd in the place. 14Afterward Jesus found him in the temple and said to him, See, you are well! jSin no more, kthat nothing worse may happen to you.”

John 5:17-18

17But Jesus answered them, My Father is working until now, and I am working.”

Jesus Is Equal with God

18This was why the Jews lwere seeking all the more to kill him, mbecause not only was he nbreaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God ohis own Father, pmaking himself equal with God.

Acts 3:6-11

6But Peter said, qI have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. rIn the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!” 7And he took him by the right hand and raised him up, and immediately his feet and ankles were made strong. 8And sleaping up, he stood and began to walk, and entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God. 9And tall the people saw him walking and praising God, 10and recognized him as the one who sat at the Beautiful Gate of the temple, asking for alms. And they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.

Acts 3:16

Acts 4:9-10

Acts 9:34

10said in a loud voice, “Stand upright on your feet.” And he ahsprang up and began walking. 11And when the crowds saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in Lycaonian, ai“The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men!”
