23 “‘Whom have you mocked and reviled?
Against whom have you raised your voice
and lifted your eyes to the heights?
Against athe Holy One of Israel!

Daniel 7:8

8I considered the horns, and behold, bthere came up among them another horn, a little one, cbefore which three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots. And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, and da mouth speaking great things.

Daniel 11:28

28And he shall return to his land with great wealth, but his heart shall be set against the holy covenant. And he shall work his will and return to his own land.

Daniel 11:30-31

30For ships of nKittim shall come against him, and he shall be afraid and withdraw, and shall turn back and obe enraged and ptake action against the holy covenant. He shall turn back and pay attention to those who forsake the holy covenant. 31Forces from him shall appear and qprofane the temple and fortress, and shall take away the regular burnt offering. And rthey shall set up the abomination that makes desolate.

Daniel 11:36-37

36“And the king shall sdo as he wills. tHe shall exalt himself and magnify himself above every god, uand shall speak astonishing things against vthe God of gods. wHe shall prosper xtill the indignation is accomplished; for what is decreed shall be done. 37He shall pay no attention to the gods of his fathers, or to the one beloved by women. He shall not pay attention to any other god, for yhe shall magnify himself above all.
