2In that day athe branch of the Lord shall be beautiful and glorious, and bthe fruit of the land shall be the pride and honor of the survivors of Israel.

Ezekiel 17:22-24

22Thus says the Lord God: j“I myself will take a sprig from the lofty top of the cedar and will set it out. kI will break off from the topmost of its young twigs a tender one, and lI myself will plant it on a high and lofty mountain. 23 mOn the mountain height of Israel will I plant it, that it may bear branches and produce fruit and become a noble cedar. nAnd under it will dwell every kind of bird; in the shade of its branches birds of every sort will nest. 24And all the trees of the field shall know that I am the Lord; oI bring low the high tree, and make high the low tree, dry up pthe green tree, and make qthe dry tree flourish. rI am the Lord; I have spoken, and I will do it.”

Ezekiel 34:29

29And I will provide for them srenowned plantations so that tthey shall no more be consumed with hunger in the land, and no longer usuffer the reproach of the nations.

Zechariah 6:12

12And say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts, “Behold, the man whose name is vthe Branch: for he shall branch out from his place, and whe shall build the temple of the Lord.
