27 Why do you say, O Jacob,
and speak, O Israel,
^a“My way is hidden from the Lord,
^band my right is disregarded by my God”?

Isaiah 49:14-15

14 But Zion said, ^c“The Lord has forsaken me;
my Lord has forgotten me.”
15 ^d“Can a woman forget her nursing child,
that she should have no compassion on the son of her womb?
Even these may forget,

Prayer for Mercy
