Isaiah 42:9

9 Behold, the former things have come to pass,
^band new things I now declare;
before they spring forth
I tell you of them.”

Isaiah 43:9

9 ^cAll the nations gather together,
and the peoples assemble.
Who among them can declare this,
and show us the former things?
