Isaiah 42:25

25So he poured on him the heat of his anger
and the might of battle;
it set him on fire all around, abut he did not understand;
it burned him up, bbut he did not take it to heart.

Jeremiah 4:23-26

23 I looked on the earth, and behold, it was cwithout form and void;
dand to the heavens, and they had no light.
24I looked on ethe mountains, and behold, they were quaking,
and all the hills moved to and fro.
25 fI looked, and behold, there was no man,
and all the birds of the air had fled.
26I looked, and behold, the gfruitful land was a desert,
and all its cities were laid in ruins
before the Lord, before hhis fierce anger.

Jeremiah 9:10-11

10 “I will take up weeping and wailing for the mountains,
and a lamentation for ithe pastures of the wilderness,
jbecause they are laid waste so that no one passes through,
and the lowing of cattle is not heard;
kboth the birds of the air and the beasts
have fled and are gone.
11 lI will make Jerusalem a heap of ruins,
ma lair of jackals,
nand I will make the cities of Judah a desolation,
without inhabitant.”

Jeremiah 12:4

4 oHow long will the land mourn
and the grass of every field wither?
pFor the evil of those who dwell in it
qthe beasts and the birds are swept away,
because they said, “He will not see our latter end.”

Jeremiah 14:16

16And the people to whom they prophesy shall be cast out in the streets of Jerusalem, victims of famine and sword, rwith none to bury themthem, their wives, their sons, and their daughters. For I will pour out their evil upon them.

Jeremiah 42:18

18For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: sAs my anger and my wrath were poured out on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so my wrath will be poured out on you when you go to Egypt. tYou shall become an execration, a horror, a curse, and a taunt. You shall see this place no more.

Jeremiah 44:6

6 uTherefore my wrath and my anger were poured out and kindled in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem, vand they became a waste and a desolation, as at this day.

Lamentations 2:3-5

3 He has cut down in wfierce anger
all xthe might of Israel;
yhe has withdrawn from them his right hand
in the face of the enemy;
zhe has burned like a flaming fire in Jacob,
consuming all around.
4 aaHe has bent his bow like an enemy,
with his right hand set ablike a foe;
and he has killed all who were delightful in our eyes
in the tent of the daughter of Zion;
he has poured out his fury like fire.
5 acThe Lord has become like an enemy;
adhe has swallowed up Israel;
aehe has swallowed up all its palaces;
he has laid in ruins its strongholds,
and he has multiplied in the daughter of Judah
afmourning and lamentation.
