Isaiah 44:26-28

26 awho confirms the word of his servant
and fulfills the counsel of his messengers,
who says of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be inhabited,’
band of the cities of Judah, ‘They shall be built,
and I will raise up their ruins’;
27 cwho says to the deep, ‘Be dry;
I will dry up your rivers’;
28who says of dCyrus, ‘He is emy shepherd,
and he shall fulfill all my purpose’;
saying of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be built,’
fand of the temple, ‘Your foundation shall be laid.’”

Jeremiah 18:9

9And if at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will gbuild and plant it,

Jeremiah 24:6

6 hI will set my eyes on them for good, and I will bring them back to this land. iI will build them up, and not tear them down; jI will plant them, and not pluck them up.
