Isaiah 45:16-17

16 ^aAll of them are put to shame and confounded;
the makers of idols go in confusion together.
17 But Israel is saved by the Lord
with everlasting salvation;
^byou shall not be put to shame or confounded
to all eternity.

Jeremiah 17:5-6

5 Thus says the Lord:
“Cursed is the man ^cwho trusts in man
and makes flesh his strength, ^{▼▼Hebrew arm}
whose heart turns away from the Lord.
6 ^eHe is like a shrub in the desert,
^fand shall not see any good come.
He shall dwell in the parched places of the wilderness,
in ^gan uninhabited salt land.

Romans 5:5

5 and ^hhope does not put us to shame, because God’s love ⁱhas been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

Romans 10:11
