that cannot save.

Isaiah 46:7

7 ^eThey lift it to their shoulders, they carry it,
they set it in its place, and it stands there;
^fit cannot move from its place.
If one cries to it, it does not answer
or save him from his trouble.

Jeremiah 8:19

19 Behold, the cry of the daughter of my people

“Is the Lord not in Zion?
