Isaiah 46:10

and from ancient times things not yet done,
saying, ^b‘My counsel shall stand,
and I will accomplish all my purpose,’

Daniel 4:35

35 ^call the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing,
and ^dhe does according to his will among the host of heaven
