Hosea 13:8

and you exact taxes of grain from him,
^acyou have built houses of hewn stone,
but you shall not dwell in them;
^adyou have planted pleasant vineyards,
but you shall not drink their wine.
12 For I know how many are your transgressions
and how great are your sins—
you who afflict the righteous, who ^aetake a bribe,
and ^afturn aside the needy ^agin the gate.
13 Therefore he who is prudent will ^ahkeep silent in such a time,
^aifor it is an evil time.
14 ^ajSeek good, and not evil,
that you may live;
and so the Lord, ^akthe God of hosts, will be with you,
as you have said.
15 ^alHate evil, and love good,
and establish justice ^amin the gate;
^anit may be that the Lord, the God of hosts,
will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.

Matthew 5:25

25 ^aoCome to terms quickly with your accuser while you are going with him to court, lest your accuser hand you over to the judge, and the judge to the guard, and you be put in prison.

Matthew 24:44-51

44 Therefore you also must be ^apready, for ^aqthe Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.

45 “Who then is ^arthe faithful and ^aswise servant, ^{▼▼Greek bondservant; also verses 46, 48, 50} whom his master has set over his household, to give them their food at the proper time? 46 ^auBlessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes. 47 Truly, I say to you, ^avhe will set him over all his possessions. 48 But if that wicked servant says to himself, ‘My master ^awis delayed,’ 49 and begins to beat his fellow servants ^{▼▼Greek bondservants} and eats and drinks with ^aydrunkards, 50 the master of that servant will come ^azon a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know 51 and will cut him in pieces and put him with the hypocrites. In that place ^bathere will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
