Zechariah 12:2-4

2Behold, I am about to make Jerusalem na cup of staggering to oall the surrounding peoples. The siege of Jerusalem pwill also be against Judah. 3 qOn that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples. rAll who lift it will surely hurt themselves. And sall the nations of the earth will gather against it. 4 tOn that day, declares the Lord, uI will strike every horse vwith panic, and its rider wwith madness. But for the sake of the house of Judah I will keep my eyes open, when I strike every horse of the peoples xwith blindness.

Acts 9:4-5
