Isaiah 5:10

10 aFor ten acres
Hebrew  ten yoke, the area ten yoke of oxen can plow in a day
of vineyard shall yield but one bath,
and a chomer of seed shall yield but an ephah.”
A  bath was about 6 gallons or 22 liters; a  homer was about 6 bushels or 220 liters; an  ephah was about 3/5 bushel or 22 liters

Isaiah 7:23

23In that day every place where there used to be a thousand vines, worth a thousand shekels
A  shekel was about 2/5 ounce or 11 grams
of silver, will become fbriers and thorns.

Isaiah 16:10

10 gAnd joy and gladness are taken away from hthe fruitful field,
and in the vineyards no isongs are sung,
no cheers are raised;
no jtreader treads out wine kin the presses;
I have put an end to the shouting.

Joel 1:5

5 Awake, you drunkards, and weep,
and lwail, all you drinkers of wine,
because of mthe sweet wine,
for it is cut off from your mouth.

Joel 1:12-13

12The vine dries up;
nthe fig tree languishes.
Pomegranate, palm, and apple,

A Call to Repentance

13 pPut on sackcloth and lament, qO priests;
rwail, O ministers of the altar.
Go in, spass the night in sackcloth,
tO ministers of my God!
uBecause grain offering and drink offering
are withheld from the house of your God.

Haggai 2:16
