Ezekiel 44:24

Habakkuk 1:4

and justice never goes forth.
tFor the wicked surround the righteous;
so justice goes forth perverted.

Habakkuk 1:13

13You who are uof purer eyes than to see evil
and cannot look at wrong,
vwhy do you idly look at traitors
and wremain silent when the wicked swallows up
the man more righteous than he?
