Isaiah 5:7

7 aFor the vineyard of the Lord of hosts
is the house of Israel,
and the men of Judah
are his pleasant planting;
and he looked for justice,
but behold, bloodshed;
The Hebrew words for  justice and  bloodshed sound alike

for righteousness,
but behold, an outcry!
The Hebrew words for  righteous and  outcry sound alike

Isaiah 51:23

ewho have said to you,

and fyou have made your back like the ground
and like the street for them to pass over.”

Isaiah 59:13-15

13transgressing, and denying the Lord,

Judgment and Redemption

14 iJustice is turned back,
and righteousness stands far away;
for truth has stumbled in the public squares,
and uprightness cannot enter.
15Truth is lacking,
and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey.
The Lord saw it, and it displeased him
Hebrew  and it was evil in his eyes

that there was no justice.

Malachi 3:5

5“Then I will draw near to you for judgment. I will be ka swift witness against the sorcerers, against the adulterers, against those who swear falsely, against those lwho oppress the hired worker in his wages, mthe widow and the fatherless, against those who thrust aside the sojourner, and do not fear me, says the Lord of hosts.
