Woe to the Wicked

8 Woe to those who ^djoin house to house,
who add field to field,
until there is no more room,

Isaiah 59:13-14

13 transgressing, and denying the Lord,
and turning back from following our God,
^espeaking oppression and revolt,
conceiving and uttering from the heart lying words.

Judgment and Redemption

14 ^fJustice is turned back,
and righteousness stands far away;
for truth has stumbled in the public squares,
