Isaiah 51:3
3For the Lord acomforts Zion;he comforts all her waste places

Ezekiel 36:33
33“Thus says the Lord God: On the day that vI cleanse you from all your iniquities, wI will cause the cities to be inhabited, and the waste places shall be rebuilt.Amos 9:14
14 xI will restore the fortunes of my people Israel,and ythey shall rebuild the ruined cities and inhabit them;
zthey shall plant vineyards and drink their wine,
and they shall make gardens and eat their fruit.
