Isaiah 55:3

3 Incline your ear, and come to me;
^ahear, that your soul may live;
^band I will make with you an everlasting covenant,

Isaiah 59:21

21 “And as for me, ^ethis is my covenant with them,” says the Lord: “My Spirit that is upon you, ^fand my words that I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouth of your offspring, or out of the mouth of your children’s offspring,” says the Lord, “from this time forth and forevermore.”

Jeremiah 31:31-34

The New Covenant

31 ^g“Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make ^ha new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, 32 not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when ⁱI took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant that they broke, ^jthough I was their husband, declares the Lord. 33 ^kFor this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: ^lI will put my law within them, and I will write it ^mon their hearts. ⁿAnd I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ ^ofor they shall all know me, ^pfrom the least of them to the greatest, declares the Lord. For ^qI will forgive their iniquity, and ^rI will remember their sin no more.”

Jeremiah 32:38-40

38 ^sAnd they shall be my people, and I will be their God. 39 ^tI will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear me forever, ^ufor their own good and the good of their children after them. 40 ^vI will make with them an everlasting covenant, that I will not turn away from doing good to them. ^wAnd I will put the fear of me in their hearts, that they may not turn from me.

Hebrews 8:8-12

when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel
and with the house of Judah,
9 not like the covenant that I made with their fathers

and so I showed no concern for them, declares the Lord.

after those days, declares the Lord:
I will put my laws into their minds,
and ^aawrite them on their hearts,
and I will be their God,
and they shall be my people.
11 And they shall not teach, each one his neighbor
and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’
for they shall ^aball know me,
from the least of them to the greatest.
12 For I will be merciful toward their iniquities,
^acand I will remember their sins no more.”

Hebrews 10:16
